shell/wrapper: limit targeted zones to one line

Ghost User requested to merge limit-by-line into master

This is in preparation for Trackbone V2 and its state backend.

The state backend is configured per trackbone run and we want a different backend for each line.

The wrapper checks the targeted zones and if zones belong to multiple line it returns an error.
