Cce node upgrade 2

Cosmin Ioiart requested to merge cce_node_upgrade_2 into master

This MR will be applied after https://git.corp.cloudwatt.com/caascad/terraform/envs-ng/-/merge_requests/1166 which creates the nodes. This MR deletes the obsolete nodes and is applied after the workloads have been migrated to the new nodes.
