Fix the secret fetching logic

Administrator requested to merge vault-refacto into master

Changes:

  • Use the trackbone secret instead of vault-<zone> (these old secrets are not provisioned anymore)
  • Handle all the fetching secret outside of the pipeline
  • Clean up the backup script (remove vault and unnecessary variables)
