JMX to prometheus metrics exporter

  • add jmx java option for nexus (helm chart patched to handle ENV variable properly)
  • add metrics exporter configmap in the chart (optional)
  • update stateful set to add the jmx-exporter container
  • update values to expose the metrics in the additional-svc
