Update shell.nix for clair in ocb-corp

Ghost User requested to merge fix_shell into master

I create the branch from the tag v1.1.0 to preserve the state of the clair deployed only on ocb-corp. It's basically an update to shell.nix so that we can use the option *three_way_diff.
